What You'll Do:

• Research and gather challenging physics questions and source materials from around the world (any language)
• Curate and organize high-level resources into clear, structured datasets
• Validate scientific accuracy, complexity, and depth of all materials
• Extract step-by-step reasoning frameworks from academic sources

Who You Are you:

• Medalist/participant in the International Physics Olympiad (IPhO) or PhD holder in any subfield of physics
• Skilled at evaluating the rigor and challenge of scientific problems
• Experience working with multilingual or international resources is a plus
• Meticulous, organized, and passionate about research excellence
