The Physical Therapist will be responsible for evaluating and diagnosing patient conditions, designing and implementing treatment plans, and providing physical therapy services. Day-to-day tasks include conducting therapy sessions, maintaining patient records, coordinating rehabilitation programs, and offering patient care and home care instructions as needed. Collaboration with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care is also a key component of the role.
