PHP Laravel Developer

Job Description: You are a skilled and proactive PHP Laravel Developer who will be joining our development team in Bhubaneswar. Your strong expertise in Laravel framework, backend development, and API creation will be crucial as you collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Your primary responsibilities will involve developing, enhancing, and maintaining high-performance web applications. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP (Laravel Framework). - Write clean, secure, scalable, and maintainable code. - Create and integrate RESTful APIs. - Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and project managers. - Optimize applications for speed and scalability. - Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. - Participate in code reviews and maintain development best practices. - Work with databases such as MySQL and handle complex queries. - Integrate third-party services and APIs as required. - Ensure application security and data protection. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (preferred). - Strong proficiency in PHP, Laravel, and OOP concepts. - Solid understanding of MySQL, database design, and query optimization. - Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, jQuery, and front-end tools. - Knowledge of version control systems like Git. - Understanding of MVC architecture and modern web development standards. - Ability to work independently and in a team environment. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Preferred Skills: - Experience with Laravel Live wire / Vue.js / React is an added advantage. - Knowledge of Docker, Composer, and CI/CD pipelines. - Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, Digital Ocean, etc.). - Understanding of Agile methodologies.
