We are looking for a skilled and proactive Laravel Developer (Team Lead) who can manage a team, guide junior developers, and independently handle end-to-end project delivery.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly experienced Laravel Developer with leadership capabilities to manage and mentor a small development team while also handling individual project responsibilities. The candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the Laravel framework, project lifecycle, and the ability to identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical challenges effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of developers to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
• Plan, design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using Laravel and PHP.
• Handle individual projects independently — from concept to deployment.
• Provide technical guidance, code reviews, and training to the team.
• Identify potential issues, debug errors, and provide reliable solutions promptly.
• Collaborate with the design, marketing, and management teams to understand project requirements.
• Maintain clear documentation of code and development processes.
• Ensure applications are optimized for performance, scalability, and security.
• Manage project timelines, track progress, and ensure adherence to deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in PHP and Laravel framework.
• Proven experience in leading a team of developers and managing projects.
• Strong understanding of MVC architecture, RESTful APIs, and MySQL.
• Proficiency in front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.
• Familiarity with version control systems (Git).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — ability to anticipate issues and resolve them effectively.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.
• Ability to work under minimal supervision while ensuring high-quality output.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of AWS or server deployment environments.
• Familiarity with Agile or Scrum methodologies.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹49,000.00 per month
