As a PHP Intern at Augurs Technologies, you will gain practical experience in backend web development by working on live projects using PHP and related technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Web Development: Assist in building and maintaining dynamic, database-driven websites and applications using PHP.
• Backend Logic: Support in writing clean, scalable, and efficient backend code using PHP frameworks like Laravel or CodeIgniter.
• Database Management: Work with MySQL databases for creating, updating, and managing data structures.
• Testing & Debugging: Help in debugging and troubleshooting existing code to improve application performance.
• API Integration: Assist in developing and integrating RESTful APIs for web and mobile applications.
• Code Documentation: Maintain clear and concise documentation for developed features and functionalities.
• Learning & Research: Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in PHP and web development.

Eligibility and Skills

To be a strong candidate for this role, you should meet the following criteria:

• Final-year student or recent graduate in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of PHP, MySQL, and web development fundamentals.
• Familiarity with at least one PHP framework (e.g., Laravel, CodeIgniter) is a plus.
• Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and how front-end and back-end technologies interact.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub and version control concepts.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and communicate clearly.
