As a PHP Developer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining web applications using PHP and related technologies. You should be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team, ensuring high-quality software solutions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, test, and deploy dynamic web applications using PHP and MySQL. Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic. Write clean, scalable, and efficient code following best practices. Manage and optimize database performance (MySQL or other databases). Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing applications. Work with the development team to implement new features and functionality. Ensure applications are responsive and meet web standards. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and best practices in web development. Write technical documentation and provide technical support as needed. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience as a PHP Developer or similar role. Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, and web development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript). Familiarity with modern PHP frameworks such as Laravel, CodeIgniter, or Symfony. Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git). Ability to write efficient and optimized SQL queries. Knowledge of RESTful API development and integration. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Knowledge of front-end technologies like JavaScript, jQuery, or Vue.js is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Preferred Skills: Experience with cloud technologies (AWS, Google Cloud, etc.). Knowledge of e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, WooCommerce). Experience with third-party APIs and payment gateways integration. Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science.
