Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced PHP Developer to join our team for an in-house CRM development project. The CRM will feature dedicated modules for each department, offering tailored solutions for sales, customer service, marketing, and operations. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining a scalable CRM solution that meets the evolving needs of our company.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain CRM modules

   for different departments, ensuring smooth integration and seamless functionality across operations.
• Write clean, scalable, and efficient code using 

  PHP and Laravel (or other PHP frameworks)

  .
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
• Develop and integrate 

  RESTful APIs

   for communication between modules and third-party services.
• Ensure the application’s performance, responsiveness, and security by implementing best practices in 

  database management (MySQL, PostgreSQL)

   and 

  back-end development

  .
• Implement user authentication, authorization, and role-based access control systems for department-specific modules.
• Conduct regular testing, debugging, and optimization of the CRM modules to ensure high performance.
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance to resolve technical issues and enhance functionality as required.
• Stay up to date with the latest trends in PHP, web technologies, and CRM systems to ensure our solution remains competitive and secure.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a 

  PHP Developer

  , with a focus on developing complex web applications.
• Hands-on experience with 

  PHP frameworks

   like Laravel, Symfony, or CodeIgniter.
• Strong proficiency in 

  MySQL

   or other relational databases.
• Knowledge of 

  JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3

  , and front-end technologies.
• Experience with 

  RESTful API development and integration

  .
• Familiarity with 

  version control systems (e.g., Git)

  .
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working with 

  CRM systems

   or custom-built management software.
• Knowledge of 

  cloud platforms (AWS, Azure)

   and deploying web applications.
• Familiarity with 

  agile methodologies

   for project management.
• Strong understanding of 

  security best practices

   and compliance regulations.
