PHP Developer

As a PHP Developer at Skillvent Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located at our Naini, Prayagraj office, you will play a crucial role in supporting our customer base both directly and indirectly. Your responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving technical issues in the hosting environment, working with application software and Linux systems, and performing various related tasks. Roles & Responsibilities: - Develop and support software in Linux using C++, PHP, and related web technologies. - Resolve technical support tickets from web hosting customers. - Troubleshoot PHP-related issues reported by hosting clients. - Provide technical assistance via email, ticket system, phone, and other digital communication methods. - Troubleshoot and resolve various web hosting service issues. - Prioritize and manage multiple tickets simultaneously. - Execute other duties and special projects as assigned. - Monitor server load, uptime, and service performance. - Identify abuse patterns and recommend preventive measures. Required Qualifications & Skills: - Graduation is mandatory from any Computer Science stream. - Strong command of English communication (CBSE/ICSE background preferred). - Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and PHP is essential. - Experience with Hosting Control Panels like cPanel/WHM is preferred. - Basic knowledge of server installation, security, and monitoring. - Experience in WordPress installation/modification, MySQL database, and GUI-based tasks. - Understanding of domains and web hosting fundamentals. - Ability to work collaboratively in a team, follow instructions, and adapt to evolving environments. - Good organizational skills with the ability to multitask. - Dependability to attend work on assigned shifts and deliver expected results.
