Job Purpose/Summary: PHP Developer with 3-4 years of experiance Key Responsibilities: We are looking for a skilled PHP Developer with 3+ years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in PHP development, specifically with the CodeIgniter framework, along with front-end technologies like jQuery, HTML and CSS. Experience with Git version control and strong communication skills are also essential. Key Performance Indicators: Develop, test, and maintain web applications using PHP and the CodeIgniter framework. Optimize applications for maximum performance, security, and scalability. Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code. Use Git for version control and collaborate effectively with the development team. Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure a smooth user experience. Communicate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and clients. Qualificaton: Graduate Functional Skills/Competencies: Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills. Behavioral Skills/Competencies: Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze requirements and troubleshoot issues effectively. Strong Experience in coding using PHP(CodeIgniter framework) , Basic Angular, Basic Node JS, Basic lumen. Strong Experience in MYSQL , SQL, PostgreSQL ,Store Procedures, Trigger , Query optimisations etc. Experience in APIs and Web Services Experience in CSS, HTML, JQUERY Basic knowledge of Linux server Experience in GitLab Experience in developing custom solutions with integration with multiple backend systems like Databases etc. Experience in client communication Good to have front end development skills like HTML , CSS etc. Understanding of Security, authentication and authorization in IT systems; Ability to work in Agile, Continuous Integration and Continues Deployment frameworks; Experience using tools like JIRA , ServiceNow Good Communication skills in English language Mature problem-solving capabilities and the creativity and tenacity in cracking the problem and finding a solution to it, get things done attitude; Strong technical skills in Custom Development and Database.
