Role Description This is a full-time role for a Service Engineer based on-site in New Delhi. The Service Engineer will be responsible for troubleshooting, offering technical support, performing maintenance and repair tasks, and providing field services for our range of medical aesthetic devices. Day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and resolving technical issues, servicing and repairing equipment, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Qualifications Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills Field Service experience and Communication skills Maintenance & Repair skills Strong problem-solving abilities Ability to work independently on-site Previous experience in the medical device industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Electronics, or a related field
