Photographer & Video Editor

About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer & Video Editor to join our team. This role involves capturing high-quality photos and videos during scheduled shoots (2–3 per week, approx. 2 hours each) and editing the content to align with our brand style and objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Capture professional-quality photos and videos for marketing, social media, and promotional use.
• Attend 2–3 shoots per week, each lasting around 2 hours.
• Edit videos for reels, ads, and YouTube (basic to intermediate level).
• Retouch and color-correct photos to maintain consistent brand aesthetics.
• Collaborate with the marketing and creative team to plan content and ensure visual consistency.
• Deliver final edited content within agreed timelines.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a photographer and video editor (portfolio required).
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar video editing tools.
• Basic knowledge of Lightroom or Photoshop for photo editing.
• Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and framing.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Schedule & Compensation:

• Shoot frequency: 2–3 times a week (approx. 2 hours per shoot)
• Editing work: As required, flexible timing
• Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
