About the Role:We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Photographer/Videographer to join our team in Andheri East, MIDC, Mumbai. This role is ideal for someone who has a strong visual storytelling ability, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for photography and videography. You’ll work closely with the creative and technical teams to conceptualize, shoot, and edit high-quality content aligned with our brand aesthetics.Key Responsibilities:Capture high-quality visual content for marketing, branding, and campaigns.Manage and execute end-to-end shoots (pre-production, on-set direction, post-production).Operate photography and videography equipment with expertise.Edit videos and photos to create engaging, polished content.Ensure all output aligns with the brand’s tone, guidelines, and quality standards.Collaborate closely with creative directors, designers, and other stakeholders.Direct models and on-set talent to capture compelling and authentic moments.Stay updated on international trends in photography, lighting, and creative direction.Required Skill Set:Strong sense of aesthetics and design sensibility — a director’s eye for detail.Proven ability to craft visual stories that evoke emotion and connect with audiences.Excellent directing skills to bring out the best in models and talent.Passion for photography and videography with a strong personal portfolio.Collaborative mindset — ability to work in tandem with creative and technical teams.Strong knowledge of lighting setups, camera work, framing, and angles.Awareness of current global visual trends, particularly in fashion, beauty, and lifestyle.
