Listen to customer needs, answer questions, provide information, and solve problems efficiently. * Outbound Calls: Make proactive calls to follow up with customers, conduct surveys, schedule appointments, and provide product or service information. * Customer Service: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers by providing excellent service and ensuring a seamless experience from start to finish. * Documentation: Accurately log call information, including customer feedback, questions, and resolutions, into our CRM system. * Team Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
