(venipuncture, sample handling, patient prep, documentation, infection control), shift/timing if applicable, reporting lines (to lab manager/you), workplace (clinic, outreach, home visits)
Required qualifications: certificate/diploma in phlebotomy or relevant allied health training, minimum experience (e.g., 1-2 years) especially in hospital/diagnostic setting
Skills & attributes: good communication (especially with patients of all ages), reliable with sample labelling & transport, knowledge of safety & bio-hazard handling, team-player, punctuality
Additional helpful criteria: knowledge of digital patient records, ability to travel (if home-visit phlebotomy), Hindi + English communication, familiarity with local Gurugram/Delhi NCR area
