Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Phlebotomist to join our team at Medway Hospitals, with 2-6 years of experience in the field.

Roles and Responsibility

Collect blood samples from patients and donors.
Ensure proper storage and handling of blood samples.
Maintain accurate records of sample collection and testing results.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure smooth patient care.
Implement infection control measures to prevent cross-contamination.
Participate in quality control activities to improve laboratory services.

Job Requirements

Any Graduate or Postgraduate degree in a relevant field.
Proven experience as a Phlebotomist with strong knowledge of phlebotomy techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Familiarity with medical terminology and laboratory procedures.
