🔹 Key Responsibilities:

• Collect blood and sample specimens accurately and safely.

• Ensure proper labeling, documentation, and timely transportation.

• Maintain hygiene and follow all quality and safety protocols.

• Deliver a positive, professional experience to every patient.

🔹 Requirements:

• DMLT / BSc (Medical / Life Sciences) preferred.

• Minimum 6 months–1 year of phlebotomy experience.

• Good communication and customer handling skills.

• Must have a smartphone and two-wheeler (for home collection roles).
