We are seeking an experienced and passionate Medical Coding Trainer to join our team on a part-time, remote basis. If you enjoy teaching and want to share your coding expertise with aspiring professionals, this role is perfect for you! 🔹 Key Responsibilities: Conduct online training sessions for students and professionals in ICD-10-CM, CPT, and HCPCS coding. Guide learners to successfully prepare for AAPC CPC/CCS certification exams. Create engaging training materials, case discussions, and practice assessments. Track learner progress and provide mentorship/support. Stay updated with the latest coding updates and compliance guidelines. 🔹 Qualifications: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, or Healthcare field (preferred). Certification: CPC / CCS / COC / equivalent is mandatory. Prior training/teaching experience in medical coding (preferred, but not mandatory). Excellent communication and presentation skills. Must be comfortable with online teaching platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, LMS, etc.). 🔹 What We Offer: Flexible part-time schedule (weekdays/weekends as per availability).
