Job Description

Telangana Council Registration is mandatory

Responsibilities

Dispense prescription medications to patients, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Provide expert advice on the safe use of medications, potential side effects, and drug interactions

Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and medication management

Conduct health and wellness screenings, administer immunizations, and offer other health-related services as needed

Maintain accurate patient records, including medication history and billing details

Supervise and mentor pharmacy technicians and interns, fostering a supportive learning environment

Stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical research and industry trends to provide the best possible patient care

Manage inventory and ensure the pharmacy is well-stocked with necessary medications and supplies

Required

Qualifications

Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree from an accredited institution

Valid pharmacist license in the state of practice

Strong understanding of pharmacology, therapeutics, and drug regulations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with patients and healthcare professionals

Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a healthcare team

Proficiency in using pharmacy management software and other relevant technologyWorkplace Culture
