Pharmacist

We are looking for a meticulous and qualified Pharmacist to handle Prescription Validation and Digitisation. The role involves reviewing, verifying, and digitising prescriptions to ensure accuracy, safety, and compliance with medical and regulatory standards. The pharmacist will act as a quality checkpoint, ensuring that all prescriptions are correctly entered into digital systems for further processing or dispensing.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and validate e-prescriptions/orders for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with medical guidelines.
• Verify drug names, dosages, frequency, route of administration, and patient details.
• Identify potential drug interactions, contraindications, or errors and escalate for clarification.
• Digitise handwritten or scanned prescriptions into electronic medical record (EMR) or pharmacy management systems accurately.
• Maintain high standards of data integrity while entering prescription details.
• Collaborate with doctors and teleconsultation teams to resolve prescription discrepancies.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory, ethical, and institutional policies.
• Document and maintain validation and digitisation records for audit and reporting.
• Keep updated with pharmacology, drug interactions, and treatment guidelines.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Pharmacy (B.Pharm / M.Pharm).
• Valid pharmacist license/registration with State Pharmacy Council.
• Minimum [X years] of experience in pharmacy practice or prescription handling.
• Strong knowledge of pharmacology, drug safety, and prescription guidelines.
• Attention to detail with excellent analytical and data entry skills.
• Proficient in using EMR / pharmacy management software or willing to learn.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with doctors and healthcare teams.
• Ability to work efficiently under strict timelines.

Work Mode

Full-time – Hybrid ( Gandipet, Hyderabad)

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kokapet, Hyderabad, Telangana: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
