Pharmacist (B.Pharm Background) Location: Hyderabad / Bangalore Organization: Leading Corporate Hospital Chain (Retail Pharmacy Division) Qualification: B.Pharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) Experience: 1–3 years (Retail / Blood Sample Extraction / MR Coordination) Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹24,000 per month Gender: Any Job Summary: We are looking for a B.Pharm-qualified Pharmacist for our Retail Store Pharmacy units across Hyderabad and Bangalore. The candidate should have practical experience in retail pharmacy operations, blood sample handling, and MR coordination. Key Responsibilities: Dispense prescribed medicines accurately to patients/customers. Manage retail store pharmacy operations including billing, inventory, and expiry tracking. Handle blood sample collection and ensure labeling as per company protocols. Coordinate with MR teams and maintain product knowledge. Provide patient counseling on medicine usage and dosage. Ensure compliance with pharmacy laws and quality standards. Be flexible for center allotment — placement may vary across hospital or retail branches. Skills Required: Sound pharmaceutical and clinical knowledge. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in billing software and retail POS systems. Ability to multitask and work independently.
