Pharmaceutical Sales Representative

Role Overview: As a Medical Representative at Natrecon, your main responsibility will be to promote assigned pharmaceutical products by visiting doctors, clinics, chemists, and stockists in the Pune (Maharashtra) region. You will play a crucial role in generating and converting leads for prescription or stock purchase, ensuring accurate product information dissemination while adhering to regulatory and ethical standards. Taking full ownership of your territory, you will proactively drive sales, maintain daily activity reports, and provide updates on clients and market trends. Key Responsibilities: - Visit doctors, clinics, chemists, and stockists to promote assigned pharmaceutical products. - Generate and convert leads for prescription or stock purchase. - Provide accurate product information while ensuring adherence to regulatory and ethical standards. - Take full ownership of your territory and proactively driving sales. - Maintain daily activity reports and share updates on clients and market trends. - Ensure timely collections, proper billing, and credit control. - Handle client interactions with professionalism and ensure strong, ethical, and long-term relationships with potential clients. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, or a related field. - Minimum 1-3 years of pharmaceutical sales experience with a demonstrated performance track record (Fresher with strong communication also welcome). - Strong knowledge of the pharmaceutical market and doctor/chemist network is a plus.
