Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Sales Generation: You will be responsible for generating sales by reaching out to potential customers through telephonic communication. The company will provide you with the necessary data and contact information. 2. Customer Relationship Management: You will manage and maintain relationships with our existing customers. This includes addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. 3. Sales Reporting: You will be required to track and report your sales activities, including calls made, follow-ups, and outcomes. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions is essential. 4. Target Achievement: Meeting and exceeding sales targets and performance goals set by the company will be a critical aspect of your role. 5. Feedback and Improvement: Gathering feedback from customers and providing suggestions for improving products, services, and processes will be an ongoing responsibility. Preferred candidate profile Prior experience in telecalling or sales, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry. - Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and customer-oriented approach. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
