Role: Sales Manager Role Overview: As the Sales Manager at our Pharma distribution company, you will play a crucial role in driving sales revenue, expanding our retail presence, and leading a dynamic sales team. Your primary responsibilities will include increasing sales revenue, expanding the number of retail pharma counters, recruiting and motivating sales staff, and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objectives. Responsibilities/Accountabilities: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's retail presence and increase market share. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, and retail pharma counters to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction. Recruit, train, and motivate a high-performing sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets. Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and support to sales staff to improve performance and productivity. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, including revenue, market share, and customer satisfaction, and implement corrective actions as needed. Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to identify opportunities for growth and innovation. Prepare and present regular sales reports and forecasts to senior management to communicate performance and propose strategies for improvement.
