Job Description: PGT History Position: Postgraduate Teacher (PGT) - History Location: Gurgaon Experience: 5-10 years Responsibilities: Teach History to senior secondary students (Grades 11 and 12) following the CBSE curriculum. Develop and implement lesson plans that cover ancient, medieval, and modern history comprehensively. Encourage critical analysis and research through discussions, presentations, and project work. Guide students in preparation for board examinations with detailed subject knowledge and effective study techniques. Participate in curriculum planning and improvement initiatives within the department. Organize history-related field trips, exhibitions, and cultural events to enrich the learning experience. Qualifications and Skills: Masters degree in History with a B.Ed. or equivalent teaching qualification. Extensive knowledge of Indian and World History with an ability to explain concepts clearly. Strong research and analytical skills. Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
