Woodlands Overseas School is looking for PGT Computer Science to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey Lesson Planning: Designing and developing lesson plans, instructional materials, and activities to meet the learning objectives of the curriculum Classroom Instruction: Delivering engaging and effective lectures, demonstrations, and presentations to teach computer science concepts and skills to students Curriculum Development: Participating in the development and evaluation of computer science curriculum, ensuring alignment with educational standards and industry best practices Practical Assignments: Assigning and assessing practical projects, coding exercises, and assignments to help students apply their knowledge and develop problem-solving skills Assessment and Grading: Evaluating student performance through exams, quizzes, projects, and homework assignments, providing timely feedback and assigning grades Individualized Instruction: Providing one-on-one assistance and guidance to students who need extra support or have specific learning needs Classroom Management: Maintaining a positive and organized learning environment, managing student behavior, and enforcing classroom rules and policies Technology Integration: Incorporating educational technology tools, software, and online resources into teaching practices to enhance student learning experiences Mentorship and Guidance: Offering academic and career guidance to students interested in pursuing further studies or careers in computer science and related fields
