Role & responsibilities 1. Lesson Planning & Technology-Enabled Teaching Design and deliver interactive and engaging computer science lessons as per the CBSE curriculum. Use project-based learning, coding assignments, and digital tools to enhance student engagement. Stay updated with emerging technologies and incorporate them into teaching methodologies. 2. Programming & Practical Learning Conduct hands-on programming sessions in Python, Java, C++, and SQL. Guide students in developing real-world applications, websites, and AI projects. Ensure effective lab management and encourage students to participate in coding competitions. 3. Student Development & Mentorship Prepare students for CBSE board exams, competitive exams like JEE (CS), and Olympiads. Mentor students for coding competitions, hackathons, and AI-based projects. Encourage logical reasoning, problem-solving, and computational thinking skills. 4. Digital Literacy & Cyber Awareness Conduct workshops on cybersecurity, ethical hacking, and responsible internet usage. Teach students about data privacy, digital footprint, and online safety. 5. Collaboration & Professional Development Work with school IT staff to upgrade technology infrastructure. Participate in curriculum planning, teacher training, and IT-based school initiatives.
