(mandatory). Curriculum: CBSE experience preferred. The ideal candidate should have a strong grasp of programming, computer applications, and emerging technologies, along with a passion for teaching and engaging students in a dynamic learning environment. Key Responsibilities Teaching & Curriculum Delivery: Plan and deliver interactive and engaging computer science lessons aligned with the CBSE or IGCSE curriculum. Teach programming languages (Python, Java, C++, etc.), computer applications, and emerging technologies. Introduce students to practical coding, software development, and IT concepts. Student Engagement & Development: Encourage logical thinking and problem-solving skills through hands-on projects and activities. Guide students in participating in coding competitions, tech fairs, and IT-related extracurricular activities. Identify and address individual student learning needs to ensure academic success. Assessment & Reporting: Prepare, conduct, and evaluate assignments, tests, and projects. Provide constructive feedback to students and track their progress. Maintain accurate academic records and prepare reports for parents and school management. Collaboration & Professional Growth: Work closely with fellow teachers to integrate technology into other subjects. Stay updated with advancements in computer science and educational technology. Participate in staff meetings, workshops, and professional development programs. Skills and Qualifications Educational Background: Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field with a B.Ed. (mandatory). Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python, Java, C++, HTML, and other relevant programming languages. Technology Proficiency: Familiarity with digital learning tools, educational software, and smart classroom technology. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
