Job Summary : We are looking for a passionate and experienced Post Graduate Teacher (PGT) in Biology to join our academic team. The role involves teaching NEET/JEE Foundation Biology classes to high school students and supporting their academic growth through interactive and concept-driven learning. Key Responsibilities : Teach Biology for NEET/JEE Foundation classes (Class 9–12). Conduct engaging and concept-based classes aligned with the latest NEET syllabus. Travel to partner schools in and around Madurai to deliver in-person sessions. Prepare and evaluate practice tests, assignments, and model question papers. Guide students in developing strong fundamentals and exam-taking strategies. Provide academic counseling and progress updates to coordinators or school authorities. Requirements : Master’s Degree in Biology/Zoology/Botany or equivalent. B.Ed. preferred but not mandatory. Minimum 1 year of experience teaching NEET/JEE Biology (preferred). Strong subject knowledge and effective teaching techniques. Excellent communication and classroom management skills. Willingness to travel locally as per class schedules.
