About the Role

ECS School, Gwalior is looking for a dynamic and experienced PGT Accountancy Teacher to teach Classes 11th & 12th. The candidate should be passionate about Commerce education and able to simplify complex accounting concepts for students.

Key Responsibilities

• Teaching Accountancy (XI & XII) as per CBSE curriculum.
• Plan lessons, prepare notes, and create assessment materials.
• Conduct periodic tests and evaluate student performance.
• Support students in board exam preparation.
• Maintain proper classroom discipline and academic standards.
• Participate in parent–teacher meetings and school academic activities.
• Guide students in practical case studies and numerical problems.

Required Qualifications

• M.Com / MBA (Finance) / or PG in Commerce with good academic record.
• Minimum 0–2 years teaching experience in a reputed CBSE school (preferred).
• Strong command over fundamental & advanced accounting concepts.

Skills Required

• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Student-centric teaching approach.
• Ability to use smart-class tools & digital resources.
