Job Description

Responsibilities:

Provide patient care under the supervision of attending physicians
Diagnose and treat a variety of medical conditions
Participate in rounds, presenting patient cases and receiving feedback from attending physicians
Write treatment sheets and make necessary changes as instructed by the consultant
Document all assessments in the patient file, including date, time, name, and signature
Communicate with patients regularly about their condition, consultant instructions, and queries, with clarity and empathy
