Role Overview: You will be responsible for regional business development, direct sales, and overall customer satisfaction. This includes market sizing and intimacy, developing market and sales strategies, and executing tactical plans. Your main focus will be to enhance the customer base and achieve challenging revenues within the given geographical region. You will need to identify and actively search for new prospects and market verticals across the territory. Making effective approaches and presentations to target clients, as well as building a good rapport with senior management of prospective clients to maintain the image of Hectronic in the market, will also be part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of regional business development, direct sales, and customer satisfaction - Develop market and sales strategies, and execute tactical plans - Enhance customer base and achieve challenging revenues in the given geographical region - Identify and actively search for new prospects and market verticals across the territory - Make effective approaches and presentations to target clients - Build good rapport with senior management of prospective clients to uphold the image of Hectronic in the market Qualifications Required: - B Tech in Electronics/ECE/E&I/Electrical/Mechanical - Minimum 3-4 years of experience in field/direct sales of industrial products/automation IT solutions/petroleum equipment/mining equipment/EPC sales line Additional Details: You will need to possess excellent negotiation skills and be a self-starter with a clear bias for action. Delivering performance as per agreed goals and set KRA/KPI is essential. Good communication skills in Hindi, English, and regional languages are required, along with good presentation skills and the ability to connect with senior management. Being a team player with good interpersonal skills, sensitivity to others" needs, and a willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory, focusing on mining, steel, cement, construction/infrastructure, and oil industries are important. Active participation in marketing events, regional conferences, and road shows is expected.
