Who we are: Pet-e Angadi is a new-age pet start-up reimagining how the everyday Indian experiences pet care. As more families open their hearts and homes to pets, the awareness, guidance, and trusted services needed to raise them with love haven't kept up. We're here to change that. We at Pet-e Angadi are building thoughtful tools and services that make pet parenting simpler, smarter, and kinder, from Helping people choose the right dog breed for their lifestyle ( and other pets in the near future ). Connecting them with credible, ethical breeders Book trusted vets with ease. Our mission is simple: to help every Indian pet parent find the right pet for their unique lifestyle & circumstance , which leads to happier pets, more loving homes, and a future where fewer pets are abandoned and every wag matters! Who we are looking for: Primarily we are looking for people extremely passionate about pets (not just dogs) and who would like to make a meaningful difference in the pet ecosystem. You as a person: Are entrepreneurial in nature Are comfortable with ambiguity and unstructured problems Are an optimistic problem solver Are a believer in holding real values such as integrity and service. Skills we are looking for Let us know if you are either of the following: A pet-expert who hails from a veterinarian background. Has extensive knowledge about pets in India or at least a few popular pet animal species that need problem solving in this country. A full-stack engineer who can help with setting up of the infra of our services (such as vet appointment booking, etc) A GTM expert who has passion or expertise in SEO, Marketing, sales channels who can help set up our Sales and Marketing division. No formal work experience is required. About the current Cofounders We are a 2 member team with 1 full-time cofounder who comes from a User Experience / Customer Centric background. He is a generalist with skills spanning product development, programming, CX, product vision & strategy and sales. Our part-time cofounder has a finance background with experience ranging from auditing, taxation and finance laws who also oversees legal issues. We are a fully bootstrapped company. Kindly note that due to the early-stage nature of this company, this role does not come with a salary ( yet ), just as with the other co-founders involved. Hence, only apply to this position if you are comfortable with not having a fixed salary for at least 6-12 months.
