Job Description

= We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Managing Director in day-to-day operations. If you thrive in a dynamic environment, have excellent communication skills, and can multitask efficiently, we d love to hear from you! Key Responsibilities : Managing the MD s calendar, appointments, and travel schedules. Coordinating internal and external meetings. Handling confidential documents and correspondence. Acting as a liaison between the MD and stakeholders. Preparing reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings. Overseeing office operations and administrative tasks. Ideal Candidate : Strong organizational and time-management skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in MS Office and business correspondence. Prior experience supporting C-suite executives preferred.
