Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Noida for a Personal Assistant. The Personal Assistant will be responsible for managing the daily administrative tasks, including managing the executive's diary, scheduling meetings, handling communications, and providing clerical support. Additionally, the assistant will coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth operations and assist in preparing reports and presentations.

Qualifications

• Personal Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
• Strong Communication skills
• Experience in Diary Management and scheduling
• Clerical skills and proficiency in office software
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks
• A bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage

Salary:- 18,000 - 25,000 per month
