🔍 Job Summary: We are looking for a well-organized and proactive Personal Secretary to provide high-level administrative support to the management. The ideal candidate will handle scheduling, correspondence, documentation, and day-to-day personal and professional coordination tasks with efficiency and discretion. 🛠️ Key Responsibilities: Manage schedules, meetings, and appointments for the executive. Handle confidential communication, emails, and calls. Organize travel plans, accommodation, and itineraries. Maintain and organize office records, documents, and files. Draft and format professional correspondence and reports. Act as a liaison between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Track tasks, deadlines, and follow-ups. Support personal errands and administrative tasks as required. ✅ Key Skills Required: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent time management and multitasking ability. High level of discretion, professionalism, and confidentiality. Proficiency in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, Outlook). Organized, self-motivated, and dependable. 📈 Preferred Background: Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Secretary, or Office Coordinator. Background in corporate or administrative settings is preferred.
