Key Responsibilities 1. Accounting & Admin (Tally)Basic bookkeeping in Tally ERP Managing day-to-day entries (sales, purchases, expenses) Handling invoices & payment follow-ups Maintaining records and financial data 2. Email & CommunicationWriting and sending professional emails Managing inbox & scheduling follow-ups Creating drafts using ChatGPT when required Coordinating with vendors, clients, and internal teams 3. Technology & ProductivityUsing ChatGPT / AI tools for: Content drafting Summaries Reports Simple automation Working on Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) Maintaining data and digital files Supporting daily business tasks and small research work Required Skills Good knowledge of Tally ERP Strong communication skills (English + Hindi) Good email writing etiquette Ability to work with technology tools (AI, apps, Google tools, basic Excel) Quick learner & problem solver Well-organized and reliable Preferred SkillsExperience using ChatGPT or other AI tools Social media posting assistance Basic understanding of business processes Why Work With Us?
