Role & responsibilities Job Responsibilities Day to day planning and organization of the Directors diary. Assist & coordinate for all official & personal work Managing and organising meetings & appointments and follow-ups (both official & personal). Drafting emails for correspondence Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for the Director (both official & personal), employees and guests Coordinate for organising events and conferences Implementing and maintaining administrative task like managing office repairs & maintenance of ACS, pest control, furniture, etc. (both official & personal) Source office supplies (housekeeping stuff, stationaries, etc.) Search and identify vendors for office requirements, Vendor negotiations & Purchase Order mails Liaising with staff, suppliers and clients (both official & personal) Collating and filing expenses (both official & personal) Projects as and when. Any other ad hoc work. Key skills for Personal Assistant Discretion and trustworthiness Flexibility and adaptability Good oral and written communication skills Organisational skills and the ability to multitask The ability to be proactive and take the initiative A knowledge of standard software packages and the ability to learn company-specific software if required Benefits Group Medical Health Insurance
