We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Personal Assistant to support our CMD Dr. Amita Phadnis in her daily operations. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a strong background in providing administrative support.

Roles and Responsibility

Manage and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for the CMD.
Develop and implement effective filing systems, both physical and digital, for easy access to information.
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations as required.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless execution of tasks and projects.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar role.
Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other productivity software.
Discretion and confidentiality are essential qualities for this role.
