Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative support to our senior executive(s). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing schedules, handling confidential information, coordinating internal and external communications, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations of the executive office. Key Responsibilities: Manage the executive’s calendar, schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements. Handle incoming emails, calls, and other correspondence on behalf of the executive. Prepare reports, presentations, and documents with high accuracy and confidentiality. Coordinate logistics for meetings, including agenda preparation, minutes taking, and follow-up actions. Liaise between the executive and internal/external stakeholders. Organize and maintain office filing systems and records. Track and manage tasks and projects delegated by the executive. Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion. Provide administrative support such as filing, copying, scanning, and ordering office supplies. Assist in personal tasks or errands, if required. Key Skills & Competencies: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities High level of discretion and confidentiality Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) Ability to multitask and prioritize efficiently Problem-solving attitude with keen attention to detail Professional demeanor and a proactive mindset Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹9,494.52 - ₹25,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
