About the Role

This is not a typical assistant job.
This role is for someone who wants to work closely with the Chairman, learn directly from him, build discipline, sharpen communication skills, and grow into a future leader.

You will be the Chairman’s shadow in meetings, coordination, communication, and execution.
If you are aggressive, curious, fast-learning, and ambitious, this role can transform your career in 12–18 months.

Key Responsibilities1. Meetings & Minutes

• Attend meetings with the Chairman
• Prepare accurate Minutes of Meetings (MoMs)
• Extract action points
• Send MoMs to concerned departments
• Track follow-ups until completion
• Prepare agenda points for upcoming meetings

2. Calendar & Coordination

• Manage the Chairman’s calendar
• Arrange appointments & schedule calls
• Coordinate with CEOs, HODs, partners, and prospects
• Maintain daily/weekly reminders

3. Communication & Writing

• Draft messages, emails, and notes
• Maintain structured follow-ups
• Ensure communication flows smoothly

4. Content & Social Media Support

• Create simple posts for Chairman (LinkedIn, WhatsApp, Insta)
• Use basic Canva templates (training will be provided)
• Help document Chairman’s thoughts into short posts

5. Learning & Leadership Exposure

• Understand how decisions are taken at leadership level
• Learn business communication, discipline, and execution
• Work closely with the Business Analyst on tracking deliverables
• Be part of the Chairman’s daily environment — learn by observing
