About the Role: We are seeking a resourceful and well-spoken Personal Assistant (PA) to support the Director. This role demands a blend of executive-level support and client-facing interaction. The right candidate will not only manage daily operations but also assist in client communication, deal closures, and business coordination. Key Responsibilities: Act as the right hand to the Director, managing all professional and some personal commitments with discretion and discipline. Handle the Director’s calendar, scheduling, meeting preparation, and travel logistics. Manage client communication on behalf of the Director—emails, calls, follow-ups, and updates. Assist in negotiating with clients and vendors, preparing proposals, and coordinating deal closures under the Director’s guidance. Conduct timely follow-ups with potential and existing clients to nurture relationships and support business development. Liaise with internal teams and external partners/ associates to ensure smooth execution of projects and commitments. Prepare meeting briefs, take minutes, and ensure post-meeting action items are tracked and completed. Accompany the Director to client meetings, event walkthroughs, and important business engagements as needed. Handle confidential documents and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity at all times. Requirements: Fresher or Smiliar experience in Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, Sales Coordination, or Client Relations role. Strong communication skills in English and Hindi (both written and spoken); regional languages are a plus. Confidence in engaging with clients, stakeholders, and vendors. Ability to close deals, chase leads, and drive follow-ups professionally. High level of organization, prioritization, and multitasking abilities. Flexibility with work hours, including weekends and travel for events or meetings. Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and business communication platforms. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline; MBA or executive training is an added advantage.
