As a Personal Assistant to the Founders at Headout, you ll have a unique opportunity to work closely with the leaders of a fast-growing, successful startup. Acting as their strategic partner, you will ensure they are always set up for success. Your role will encompass high-level coordination, administrative support, problem-solving, and executing key initiatives, thereby helping drive impact across the organization Be the force multiplier for the Founders. The Founders operate at a fast pace, making high-stakes decisions to drive Headout s growth. Your role will be to optimize their workflow, manage priorities efficiently, and execute key initiatives all while upholding confidentiality and precision. Unparalleled exposure and personal growth. You will work alongside some of the most driven entrepreneurs in the industry, gaining insights into company building, leadership decision-making, and cross-functional collaboration . Your ability to anticipate needs and execute with speed will directly impact the Founders effectiveness. A dynamic and fast-paced environment. At Headout, no two days are the same. One day, you might be organising a company-wide offsite, and the next, you re streamlining internal processes. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on variety and loves solving problems on the go . Who are we looking for? We need someone exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful someone who takes initiative and thrives in ambiguity. Must-Haves Exceptional organizational & multitasking skills - You can juggle multiple priorities while ensuring nothing falls through the cracks. Strong spoken & written communication - You can engage with internal and external stakeholders clearly and professionally in both English and Hindi. Tech-savvy & adaptable - You re comfortable using Google Suite, Slack, AI tools and productivity tools, and you have the hunger to constantly stay updated with the latest practices to enhance your and the founders productivity and efficiency. High level of discretion & confidentiality - You will handle sensitive information with utmost professionalism. Seamless personal support for maximum efficiency - Take full ownership of the Founders personal administrative, logistical, and day-to-day tasks, ensuring they can focus on driving Headout forward without distractions. Self-starter and comfort with basic research - You will be able to figure out how to carry out ambiguous tasks on your own through basic research on the internet and by speaking to relevant people. Bias for action & problem-solving mindset - You anticipate problems before they arise and tackle them head-on. Ability to travel occasionally - You will need to support the Founders during business trips or key events. Good-to-Haves Experience in a similar role - Prior experience supporting leadership teams in high-growth startups is a plus. Multi-lingual skills - Fluency in Kannada is a plus.
