Job Description

About the Role

Cloud6AI is hiring a Personal Assistant to support daily operations. This role involves research work, document preparation, website updates, and general administrative support. You will use AI tools and online platforms to complete assigned tasks. This is a remote role with flexible working hours.

Responsibilities

Conduct online research on assigned topics and prepare summaries.
Create or update basic web pages using website builders or templates.
Prepare documents, spreadsheets, and presentations.
Assist with drafting emails, reports, and simple content.
Use AI tools to support research, writing, and organization.
Maintain digital files and support remote office operations.
Complete various tasks assigned on a day-to-day basis.

Work Hours

Flexible schedule
Approximately 20–40 hours per week, based on availability

Requirements

Good written communication skills
Ability to learn new tools quickly
Basic understanding of website builders such as Wix or WordPress
Experience with Google Workspace or Microsoft Office
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with Canva or similar design tools
Prior virtual assistant or administrative experience
Familiarity with AI tools (helpful but not required)
