Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and punctual Personal Assistant to MD with 4-10 years of experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and proficiency in MS Office.

Roles and Responsibility
  • Manage MD's daily schedule, calendar, and meetings efficiently.
  • Coordinate travel bookings, event planning, and appointments seamlessly.
  • Handle confidential documents and internal communication discreetly.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and minutes of meetings professionally.
  • Communicate with clients, vendors, and stakeholders effectively.
  • Maintain professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive information.
Job Requirements
  • Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Highly organized, punctual, and presentable with strong time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with flexibility.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience as a PA or EA is preferred, particularly in a similar role supporting senior executives.
  • A graduate degree (M.A, M.Arch, M.Tech) is required.
