Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Surat

Qualification: Bcom/ BBA/ Diploma

Experience: 6 months to 2 years

Location: Surat (Simada Naka near Sarthana Jakat naka)

9 hour shift (9 to 6)

Job Title: PA (Personal Assistance)

The ideal candidate will be responsible for a range of activities which will assist this organization's leadership. In this position, you should feel comfortable coordinating calendar appointments, managing communications, and planning events, as necessary.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate and schedule calendar appointments

* Manage all incoming and outgoing communications

* Schedule travel

* Planning events

* Administration activities

* Hospitality

Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent

* Ability to handle multiple tasks while staying organized

* Ability to travel
