Fragrance / Perfumery Lab Assistant

Job Description

Job Responsibilities: Lab Management: Maintain a well-organized fragrance lab and ensure adherence to safety protocols. Formulation & Innovation: Assist in the creation and refinement of new fragrance formulations and support product development. Sample Preparation: Blend, bottle, and prepare fragrance samples for internal teams and client submissions. Data & Documentation: Track formulations, ingredient usage, and testing using advanced Microsoft Excel . Quality Control: Perform stability tests and assess olfactory performance for different applications. Inventory Management: Monitor raw material stocks and ensure smooth coordination of supply chain. Qualifications & Skills: Experience: 1-3 years in a laboratory setting, preferably in fragrance, cosmetics, or a related industry. Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for data entry, analysis, and tracking. Knowledge: Understanding of fragrance composition, blending techniques, and raw materials. Organization: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive in lab management. Safety & Quality: Knowledge of lab safety standards and quality control procedures.
