Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Performance Tester to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in performance testing and analysis, with the ability to design and implement effective testing strategies to ensure optimal application performance. Responsibilities Designing and implementing performance testing strategies for applications and systems. Analyzing performance test results and providing recommendations for improvements. Collaborating with development teams to identify performance bottlenecks and optimize application performance. Creating and maintaining performance testing documentation including test plans and test cases. Executing performance tests using various tools and frameworks. Monitoring system performance metrics and ensuring they meet specified SLAs. Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 6-10 years of experience in performance testing and analysis. Proficiency in performance testing tools such as LoadRunner, JMeter, or Gatling. Strong understanding of performance testing methodologies and best practices. Experience with scripting languages for test automation, such as Python or JavaScript. Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools like New Relic or AppDynamics. Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes). Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
