Create performance test plans, workload models, and detailed test outcome reports for all releases and projects. Configure and manage performance testing tools (JMeter, Locust) and monitoring tools (Dynatrace, AWS CloudWatch). Develop and maintain performance test scripts for APIs, microservices, and web services using JMeter and Locust. Execute performance tests simulating real-world scenarios (load, stress, endurance, scalability). Monitor and analyze system performance across application, middleware, and database layers, including Oracle DB. Perform root cause analysis of performance bottlenecks and provide actionable recommendations. Utilize Dynatrace for deep-dive monitoring, distributed tracing, and transaction flow analysis. Work with SWIFT message flows and FIX protocol-based systems for performance validation. Collaborate with development teams to optimize Java-based applications and ensure performance best practices. Prepare consolidated test results, present findings to stakeholders, and drive performance improvements. Use Jenkins and Azure DevOps for CI/CD integration of performance tests. Perform data analysis using Excel and other tools to interpret performance metrics and trends. Ensure compliance with non-functional requirements and maintain performance baselines. Provide technical guidance and mentorship on performance engineering practices.
