Position Summary We are looking for a skilled Performance Engineer with 38 years of QA experience, specializing in LoadRunner-based performance testing, to join our dynamic team. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and execute performance test scenarios using LoadRunner. Conduct load, stress, and scalability tests to identify system limitations. Set up and configure test environments mimicking production setups. Monitor system performance using tools like Dynatrace/Grafana. Analyze test results and identify bottlenecks and performance issues. Prepare detailed performance reports and actionable recommendations. Collaborate with developers, QA, and other stakeholders to address issues. Recommend performance improvements and architectural enhancements. Stay updated with industry best practices and tools. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field. 38 years of QA experience with strong performance testing focus. Hands-on expertise in LoadRunner (HTTP/HTML, Web Services, Citrix, etc.). Understanding of performance testing concepts & methodologies. Scripting knowledge (JavaScript, C, Java) is a plus. Experience in test environment setup and management. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication skills and team collaboration mindset.
