Performance Tester Ref #S0015 : Performance Testing using VSTS, C#
1. Performance test estimations
2. Converting performance requirements from BRS/FS to Performance Test plan.
3. Working with project schedules
4. Excellent communication skills as the interaction is with business and project teams
Technical:
1. Excellent in VSTS Performance Testing (writing plugins, writing custom extraction rules, writing custom validation rules, …)
2. Good technical (RFC/Protocols and Architecture) knowledge on IIS, SQL, web applications, web services and Windows.
3. Good SQL Knowledge in writing queries
4. Good in using MS Office Tools (Word, Excel, PPT and Microsoft Project Plan)
Optional: (Good to have)
1. Excellent C# knowledge
2. Developing innovative tools
3. Exposure to other performance testing tools (preferably Compuware tools)
4. VSTS 2010 automation framework
